I am not a fan of this time of year, though I am doing better this year than in years past. My staff reviews are done, most of my Christmas shopping is done, and I got the letter saying cancer free for another year!
(But my pants don’t fit, and I can’t stop eating)
I have a couple more stressful things to accomplish yet this year, but we are almost there, January = start of ultra training (aka ramp up my mileage so that I can start ultra training in March)!!!
▶End December 2 pounds less than you were at the start
▶Finish the 30 day plank challenge - on day 10!
▶Run 12 miles in the 12th month
▶Lots of yoga
▶Attend a festival
▶Remember that it will be ok
▶Make gifts for my staff, mail family packages and cards mid-December
▶Make a video of pictures from 2013
▶If D is working don’t spend the holidays alone
